About us
Pepper Creative began in 2008, and our core people are still working together today. We pack a lot of skill and experience into our small team, but we’re always evolving. We have a solid foundation of talent and motivation, but we’re constantly stretching ourselves creatively and widening our horizons commercially. We’re passionate about design, and think that it shows in our work, and we hope some of that enthusiasm spreads to the people we work with.
We don’t just love design. We love exotic drinks in oddly shaped bottles brought back from faraway places; we love puppies, cake, leather sofas and bad movies; we love sunny days out and wet weekends in. All of these inspirations feed into our creativity, make our work richer and more varied, more satisfying for us and more effective for our customers.

Our approach is simple, and it’s founded on approachability, flexibility, skill and creativity. We build great relationships with our clients, not only because our working life is more fun that way, but because getting to know them in an atmosphere of honesty and creative collaboration is essential to the delivery of a successful project.
We’re flexible in our approach, but rigid in our commitment to producing the best work we can, both creatively and functionally. We don’t do marketing double-speak, so we won’t offer ‘fully immersive customer-facing sensory experiences’ - we’d rather give you great design, backed up with technical skill and marketing savvy, that really delivers.
Our approach
At Pepper Creative we don’t have a house style, we just produce work that is consistently creative and as unique as each customer we work with. With copywriting, illustration, animation, video editing and programming being just a few of the skills we do in-house, the wide skill set of our team makes this approach much simpler, and guarantees that every project we create is a perfect fit for you and your audience.
It’s said that less is more, but sometimes more is better - we’ll advise you on the approach that does what’s best for you. This bespoke approach stretches us creatively, and also ensures that the end result is exactly what you need. We’re always open to new challenges, keeping pace with new trends and technologies, facing tight deadlines with a smile, and empty mugs without one. At our core we like to keep things simple - take a clear brief, fulfil it in the most creative way, and get the best results.
